The contemporary- realistic and educational children’s book series exhibited on this site were created to bring light, life, and love in a way that would improve conditions that affected the mental health as well as the overall well- being of underrepresented children. Sunny’s Light Books Celebrates all things that bring Life, Light, and Love.
Sunny’s Light Children’s Books
I started Sunny’s Light Books because I wanted to make a difference in education from outside of the classroom. I decided to do that by creating children’s contemporary-realistic literature. I have learned during teaching opportunities that some of the academic challenges that children demonstrate within the classroom are a direct result of their emotional states and their experiences outside of the classroom.
